Progress over time!

The graph above demonstrates the power of making progress over time. The data tracks a student’s maths progress (under exam conditions) from June to September before their Liverpool Blue Coat School entrance exam. On average the student made a 1.8% gain each week.

The impact of our lessons and feedback is clear after week 4 when the student made a 10% improvement. The student was on holiday between exams 7 and 8 which is the reason for the 6% drop in attainment. In exam 8 the student was predicted to achieve a Group C (not pass). Fortunately, the family actioned our feedback and regained momentum quickly.

In the final exam, the student achieved 82% therefore we correctly predicted the student to be accepted into The Liverpool Blue Coat School.
