Being nervous or anxious during your preparation for 11+ entrance examinations, especially for the Liverpool Blue Coat exam, is completely normal. In our tuition classes, Brilliant Minds’ tutors call upon their combined 25 years of teaching experience, to build confidence and settle a student in as quickly as possible. From there our focus is progress over time.

Our expert teachers reflect on the lesson being taught and ask ourselves ‘How can I prove these students understand the topic that is being delivered to them?’ This can be done by challenging students on mastery questions and discussions about the topic and their choice of strategies to solve questions.
